15 approved service lines
What this domain covers
Fifteen approved service lines — the widest of the four domains — spanning
technology strategy, systems modernization, automation, analytics, data
governance, AI, cybersecurity readiness, cloud, application development,
platform implementation and digital service design.
Our position on AI
AI is a capable tool applied to a well-defined problem with adequate data and
clear governance. It is not a substitute for any of those things.
The catalog reflects that. AI readiness and use-case strategy is a separate
service from prototyping and implementation, and both are separate from AI
governance. Organizations that skip the first and third routinely produce a
demonstration that impresses in a meeting and changes nothing operationally.
Where the foundations are sound, we move quickly. Where they are not, we say so
and address them first — that assessment is often the most valuable part of the
engagement.
What we do not claim to be
The scope boundaries in this domain are deliberately explicit, because
overstating technical capability is how firms lose credibility with technical
buyers.
SAC is not a managed security operations centre, a penetration-testing
provider, an incident-response operator, or a managed cybersecurity service
provider. Our cybersecurity work is governance, risk, compliance, readiness and
workforce development. Similarly, we do not provide continuous 24x7 managed cloud
operations.
Where a requirement sits outside what we can staff to standard, we say so during
capture rather than after award.
Approved service lines

Engagement approach
How an engagement in this domain runs
The emphasis shifts with scope, but the sequence is consistent.
01
Discover
We assess data, systems, processes, skills and governance before recommending technology. Readiness gaps, not tooling, determine whether an initiative succeeds.
02
Diagnose
We identify which constraints are structural — data quality, process variation, unclear ownership — and which are genuinely technical.
03
Design
We prioritize use cases by value, feasibility and risk, and sequence the roadmap so foundations precede what depends on them.
04
Implement
We build in defined increments, integrate with the systems already in place, and validate against the workflows people actually use.
05
Sustain
We train the people who will operate the solution and document what is needed to run, support and extend it after handover.
